久しぶりね！
Wow. It's been one of the longest breaks in blogging for a while. There was been so much to be doing and so much to tell that there hasn't been time for the telling because I've been trying to keep myself busy with the daily life stuff that is what keeps you going when you can't see the bigger picture . . . what's that John ? Life's what happens to you while you busy making other plans . . . I have been looking at other blogs and getting frustrated with the lack of updates but then again I haven't been able to find time for my own so who am I to point fingers!
Shout out to Phili for a sadly true indictment of bloglandiness. Love you too!
Right now I am in the midst of mad mad packing which comes after slowly working away at the idea of coming home amidst lot of shopping and trying to catch up with all friends.
I should get to bed though because I suddenly decided to accept Andrew's offer of a place to stay and a friend for random touristy action in Tokyo before both of us head home . . . Thus all being well I should be on a Shinkansen tomorrow afternoon . . . Things are highly likely to go awry however . . Room is looking barer but it's a struggle and as I plan to be away the whole week I'm not sure when I will be able to have my room inspected as it sure'n won't be happening next Monday when I get up at the crack of dawn to catch a bus for over an hour to get to the aeroport for the 8am flight to Tokyo for a day's waiting . . . Have to find something to do . . more sightseeing perhaps . . .
Anyway . . I have soooo much to do tomorrow . . seeing two friends - one befor she heads to China for a year - and I have to do more packing and see the office staff and then get my ticket and get a train!!! Whirlwind and sounding increasingly ludicrous!
HOWEVER! Midge will be happy that I finally found that missing bead bangle thingo . . I was throwing away a pair of socks she left when here and they've been hanging around in my genkan for a week with the washing powder and just happen to not have gone out with other things because I couldn't decide whether socks fitted into the loose categories of paper (burnable) or plastic (non-comburnable!! hey Japan!) it's obvious I just didn't like to throw away socks - it's seems wasteful despite not ever wearing or wanting them. ANDDEWAYS . . I was finally biting the bullet and wondered way there was hard lump in them when I picked them up again . . How could I not have have noticed and how did the midgester not remember tucking the present away in such a safe place!?!

Then Adelaide . . . on the 28th mid-morning . . . as Evan would say "Be there or not be seeing me" . . Oh Evan - missing your shining wit already!
PS! I found the perfect venture for Aliese whilst out walking the other day . . . How did I not notice this before ?!!
